Welcome to Chatty Crafters monthly newsletter.

Our aim is to keep our members informed of up and coming events.

For anyone interested, VASLAN (one of our sponsors) have a video on YouTube outlining what Chatty Crafters do at the Centre including input from our President/Vice-Chairperson, Carol Loch and Anne Crawford.

BIRTHDAY WISHES

Evelyn celebrates her birthday this month in October.

Community Garden.

Our wheat has now been harvested and arrangements are currently being made with the other members of Camglen to bake with it.

Our garden continues to flourish and as you can see our sweetcorn is ready for harvesting.

October -

10^th October - Lunch at Equi’s @ 2.00 pm. - This is to mark our 2 year anniversary as Chatty Crafters.

31^st October - Pam’s Cumbrae Creations – [Picture painting an Ostrich}

November –

18^th November – Christmas Fayre at Eastfield Community Centre.

11.30 a.m – 3.30 p.m.

Please note, we have limited storage space at the Centre and therefore would ask that anyone wishing to donate any items for selling do so nearer the time.

December –

5^th December – Christmas lunch – venue to be confirmed.

13^th Dec – Rat Pack singalong at Concert Hall 7.30 pm- please arrive

outside around 7.00pm to collect tickets

We hope to have a workshop for Xmas table decorations on the 12^th

but will confirm nearer the time.
